About the role


To support our success we are looking for an
Incidents Analytics and Reporting Manager
(known internally as a Compliance Manager - Incident Reporting) to join the Compliance team based in Brisbane**.


As Incidents Analytics and Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for leading the reporting of incidents, breaches, and significant risk issues in line with complex legislative obligations.


Key responsibilities include developing and delivering functional reporting to regulators, senior management, Committees and Boards on compliance incidents, breaches, and significant risk issues.


This role will play an integral part in ensuring that the Australian Retirement Trust Group Boards and entities continually meet their licence and regulatory obligations.

This role is available as a
full-time,
permanent opportunity.


We are
flexible with location provided you can attend our George Street location in Brisbane at least once a week.


About you
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

  • Significant regulatory experience within the financial services industry
  • An understanding of licensee obligations under APRA and ASIC licensing regimes
  • Experience developing risk and compliance frameworks and reporting requirements
  • The ability to utilise expert technical knowledge to deliver commercially orientated outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to research and analyse problems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
