Working in our Supply Chain team, you'll play a vital role in making this magic happen.

In this dynamic position based in our Sydney Office, you will be responsible for supporting the effective management of national inventory levels, network replenishment planning and managing supply risks to support the delivery of outstanding customer service fulfilment levels across the LAU product portfolio.

What you'll bring:

Demonstrated experience in influencing and engaging peers and leaders
Leadership & Team Development
Proven problemsolving abilities and adeptness at managing multiple deadlines.
Strong accountability and effective communication skills

Requirements for the role:

5+ years' experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in planning in the FMCG industry
Degree in Business or related disciple
Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain optimization tools, including supporting database systems.
Change management experience and proven success in leading crossfunctional projects
