The Test and Commissioning Manager will manage the successful completion of the Signalling system activities on field in line with project strategy, company policies and project QCD target, under the Regional Centre Testing and Commissioning department.

Join us on a permanent basis operating on a FIFO Roster from Perth to Pilbara, reporting to the Project Director.


Your future role

We'll look to you for

  • Proactively manages the internal interfaces with Engineering team and Client.
  • Deploy & Deliver the Test and Commissioning process on the field: procedures, method statements and coordinates staffing and training.
  • Prepares and manages Test & Commissioning works on field
  • Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics
  • Anticipates issues and reports / alerts on a regular basis to the WA Test and Commissioning Manager and to the Project director on progress, issues and risks on the project.
  • Ensures that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context
  • Monitors/manages QCD performance delivery of the work package T&C
  • Issues the REX on T&C activities, and propose update / improvement of the T&C

  • Tertiary Qualification
  • Engineering or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated exposure in a similar role, working across brownfield signalling projects.
  • Experience with CBTC system essential
  • Able to communicate in an open and clear manner
  • Resilience, with an analytic way of thinking in order to solve complex system issues.
