This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment, who is able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and takes accountability for following through to ensure the desired impact of our initiatives is achieved.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct a range of recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent, including resume and phone screening, psychological assessments, and facilitation of assessment centres
- Identify potential risks and conflicts and escalate these to management as required
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
