About the role


Perth Regional Field Services is a key function within Water Corporation that supports the critical works that ensure we keep our customers water running.

What you will do
In these newly created positions
(Based North and South) you will manage the delivery of the planned work portfolios within the district ensuring this work is managed to a safe, high quality, timely and cost-effective outcome for the Water Corporation and our customers;

  • Provide strong leadership that engages and motivates while providing mentoring, coaching and awareness of development and training opportunities
  • Promote a safety culture across the business ensuring all activities comply with safety requirements, legislation, Codes of Practice, guidelines and ethical standards
  • Manage the scope, budget and schedule of Perth Region Field Services planned work portfolio within the district
  • Build and maintain relationships as well as the ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders who are critical to supporting the delivery of planned work
  • Oversee the work of contractors engaged for the delivery of planned works ensuring work meets contract specifications, safety standards and quality standards

About you
You work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks and are driven to increase business efficiency through process improvements.

You have Knowledge of asset management principles as well as operations and maintenance practices, any experience in the delivery of water would be a bonus.

Previous Experience

  • Substantial experience in a leadership role in an operational environment
  • Tertiary level qualification relevant business OR trade qualification
  • Experience in water industry OR experience in large scale workforce planning for an infrastructurebased organisation
