The Role:

Demonstrate your energy and passion by providing exceptional customer service to our business customers. Contribute in our mission to make lives easier for people with intimate healthcare needs

Your Responsibilities:

First point of contact for Coloplast business customers
Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner and with accuracy
Track orders from inception through to delivery and provide customers with order updates where required
Coordinate with freight partners on the delivery and return of customer orders
Accurate data entry and high-level administration duties

To Succeed:

Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
Process driven with excellent attention to detail
Proactive attitude with a focus on quality
Effective communication skill to liaise with a broad range of customers and stakeholders
Capability across the MS Office suite (Word and Excel in particular)
