Manage operation/production technicians
Ensure compliance to all 3M policies, procedures and training requirements
Identify, initiate, and utilize lean management systems to reduce cost, improve productivity, and effectively & efefficiently utilize labor, materials, and equipment.
Be an engaged employee and engage other employees to ensure a safe, productive work environment.
Participate on the site Emergency response team
