Production Machine Operator (Day shift)

• Located in Thomastown, VIC
• Permanent, Full-Time position (Day shift only).

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for manufacturing masterbatch plastic granules, and there a several opportunities within our manufacturing team that are available, this includes, but is not limited to Weighing & Mixing and Machine Operating.

Your key areas of responsibility will include:

• Operation & monitoring of end-to-end production equipment
• Completion of minor mechanical work
• Adhering to safety and PPE requirements
• Product sampling for Quality Control
• Operating a Forklift
• Physically fit to undertake manual and repetitive tasks
• Mechanically minded
• Basic English communication skills
• Basic computer and mathematical skills
• Be able to work in a team environment and meet all targets
• Be reliable and motivated
• Current Forklift licence is a must
