The Opportunity:

We are pleased to be representing a leading national law firm as they search for a confident Legal Secretary to join the Brisbane office on a temporary basis.

The successful applicant would support a cohesive team of two including a Partner, and collaborate with the wider team.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm for four weeks starting from mid July.

Daily responsibilities of this role will involve:

Utilising legal software for document and matter management;
Administering monthend legal billing;
Use of PEXA portal for lodgements;
Diary and inbox management;
General office administration.

The Requirements:

Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:

Previous experience working in a Property practice within a private practice environment;
Confident user of legal software for billing and matter management;
Previous experience on PEXA is advantageous;
Available full time from midJuly for one month;
A trustworthy and punctual team player;
Excellent communication skills.
