What you'll
do:

Supports the Business Improvement Manager and Operations Portfolio in Business Process Modelling, enabling accountability transparency, opportunity identification and risk mitigation across the operational value chain.
Supports and guides business and functional areas within the Operations Portfolio in developing workflows and procedures, enabling consistency in service delivery methodology and improved knowledge management.
Partners with field, engineering and digital teams in delivering continuous improvement projects that ensures the safety, effectiveness and efficiency of systems and processes.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
Knowledge of Business Process Modelling tools (e.g. Holocentric) and methodologies & Continuous Improvement tools and techniques (Lean/ Six Sigma)
Knowledge with Project Management and Delivery Methodologies such as PRINCE
Demonstrated experience managing project time, cost, and risk whilst meeting stated objectives and project goals.
Experience with partnering multidisciplinary groups in a large scale utility, mining or engineering to deliver Business process modelling, continuous improvement or process redesign projects.
