We are rapidly expanding and looking for an Account Manager to provide exceptional service


This is an opportunity to be immersed in the FMCG industry and utilise your varied skills in a fast-paced environment.


We are seeking someone who is passionate beyond measure, an all-rounder that is willing to learn with enthusiasm and possesses a strong work ethic.


About the role

  • Handson account management including client collaborations and project management of campaigns across digital, print and display within FMCG.
  • Can understand innovative campaign briefs.
  • Ensure seamless campaign implementation and a strong sales pipeline to drive revenue and growth.
  • You're a natural networker who understands what is required to build effective relationships in growing an account.
  • You will be responsible for developing and driving sales opportunity and strategies.
  • Hands on approach to ensure deadlines are meet.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Achieving set monthly KPI's
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Possess great people skills, has an outgoing, professional and positive attitude.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of print production process, workflow, Point of Sale, Print Management & Digital asset management.
  • Ability to multitask and be an allrounder.
  • Selfmotivated with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Has great organisation, planning and time management skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High problemsolving proficiency.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively with clients and organisational peers.

Salary:
$110, $150,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Port Melbourne, VIC 3207: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • FMCG: 5 years (required)
