(HE04) $69,043 to $75,677 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Do you love delivering excellent customer service? We have a fulltime, continuing opportunity available for a Student Services Officer to join our collaborative team.


The Ask Adelaide Student Services Officer provides exceptional student service across an omni-channel environment, with broad knowledge across all University services.


Working under general direction, you will be expected to take ownership of a student's enquiry and liaise with stakeholders to find the most suitable referral or outcome for the student.

You will work amongst a large team of staff and will be trained in multiple areas and systems.


To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience and commitment in delivering customer centred service in a shared service model.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and adopt to new technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in a highvolume shared service structure providing multichannel service delivery including face to face and call centre responsibilities.
  • The ability to work effectively across omniservice channels to meet demand and the student lifecycle.
  • They will have strong networking capabilities and a passion for customer service.
