About Our Client:
The client is one of the world's leading innovators and manufacturers of creative video technology, creating some of the most talked about products in the industry.
- Manage reception and ensuring calls are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
- Greeting visitors and internal stakeholders upon arrival
- Setting up rooms for internal and external meetings
- Provide administrative support to the business as required, e.g. raising purchase orders
- Liaise with contractors to resolve maintenance issues
- Making travel arrangements
- Document management; scanning, filing, and archiving documents
- General office coordination
- Ad hoq duties as required
The Successful Applicant:
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience within an Receptionist/Administration support role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders at all business levels
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritise to ensure deadlines are being met
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Experienced across MS Office Suite skills and other systems/platforms

- Paying $32 $37 per hour super depending on experience
