Trades & Labour Recruitment Consultant
Who Group Trades & Labour are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team. We recruit for commercial, residential and civil construction organisations in Victoria as well as supplying labour to major events.

Role Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities would be managing and growing an already busy construction desk by developing new business for Who Group and increasing sales.

Manage current clients by supplying quality labour and developing client relationships.

Duties:

Vetting and reference checking new onboards
Provide excellent levels of customer service to clients
Achieve set weekly targets
Servicing of existing customer sites to ensure that workers are progressing and meeting requirements, together with ensuring that OHS policy and procedures are adhered to on site

About You:

This is a fastpaced job which requires you to have excellent organisation and problemsolving skills.
You must be comfortable building rapport with current and potential clients and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

A third level degree related to HR, business or recruitment plus two years' experience or five years' relevant experience and a full driver's licence.

We offer a great annual salary ranging between $70,000 - $80,000, great commission structure, phone and a laptop.
