The Role

We're currently recruiting a Claims Officer to join our friendly and supportive team, managing a high volume of financial data entry tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Claims Team Leader for Non-Grocery/ Local Trade, your main responsibility will be to deliver efficient and accurate processing and governance of customer claims information.

This position has work-from-home for three days and Docklands 3008 office for two days, mixed with the entire team getting together on Wednesdays and Thursdays in the office.

Responsibilities:

Management of Customer claims and deductions
Validation of customer claims requests
Ensure the process is followed and data is accurate.
Ensure processing of claims tasks meets our Service Level Agreement
Manage stakeholder inquiries.

About you

Experience in data entry and passion for accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with largevalue accounts.
A commitment to timely customer service and payment processing
Experience with SAP, ECC, and /or CRM7 software is advantageous.
Ability to add value and input to continuous improvement projects.
