Description


O'Connor Contracting Pty Ltd is in need of skilled all-round machine operators for regional projects starting soon.

We have an ongoing need for experienced earthmoving plant operators for projects in Perth metro and regional areas. The positions offer an immediate start and are full-time.

For the regional roles, you will be working on a 2/1 or 3/1 roster FIFO from Perth.

The **salary** ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on your experience.

If you have proficiency in operating the following earthmoving equipment, we want to hear from you:

  • Excavators
  • Rollers
  • Loaders (motorised)
  • Water Carts (trucks)
  • Dump Trucks/Moxy (Articulated Haul Trucks)
  • Any other earthmoving machinery


This role will involve collaborating with drainage and roadworks teams to carry out detailed earthworks, bulk earthworks, and various other tasks. You may need to work from plans and must have a keen eye for detail.

Applicants must pass a medical assessment as well as drug and alcohol testing.


Salary:
From $40.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10-hour shifts
  • 12-hour shifts

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Perth WA: Ability to commute reliably or willingness to relocate before commencing work (preferred)

Work Authorization:

  • Australia (preferred)
