Description

The role Reporting to the Director Program Performance, you will be responsible for leading and managing the effective risk management strategy, compliance plan, implementation and ensure all risk policies, processes and procedures for the PMO and program/projects are communicated.

You will be required to provide hands-on support for the development of risk identification, mitigation and action treatments that involve market, finance, contract, project, and operational risks, assuring that controls are operating effectively, and to provide research and analytical support.

Further responsibilities will include, building risk awareness among staff, conducting compliance audits and analysing risk trends across the program of work to share best practice mitigation strategies.

Utilising your leadership ability you will supervise staff, provide guidance, coaching and advice to senior management on a broad range of complex and time critical risk management activities.
