Description
At Saputo, our best comes from our people. We're a talented and caring team with a longstanding history of excellence.

Since our first days delivering cheese on a bicycle, we've grown into a leading global dairy processor by staying true to the culture that defines us.

Each of our employees is committed to uphold our tradition of care, quality, and passion through food, and together, we foster an environment where we can all make contributions that matter-from our manufacturing plants to our office locations and everywhere in-between.

How you will make contributions that matter:
Reporting to the General Manager HR, Operations and Supply Chain, you will lead Workplace Relations activity for our 3000-person business, including:

  • Development of strategies for and leading the bargaining of multiple Enterprise Agreements
  • Case management of performance and dispute resolution issues and providing expertise to the HR Business Partnering team on Industrial and Employee Relations matters
  • Representing Saputo at the Fair Work Commission

About you:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Employment Law or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience providing Workplace Relations advice within a complex environment (food manufacturing would be an advantage, but is not essential)
  • Experience in the development of ER policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Experience interpreting with Enterprise Agreements and EBAs

We'll support you with:

  • The opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by a multinational, values led company.
  • Learning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own way.
  • Flexible working options where operationally achievable
Saputo Dairy Australia is an equal opportunity employer.

All applicants require full Australian working rights at the time of applying.

We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative employer and commit to responding to every applicant.

As the country's largest dairy processor, we produce, market and distribute a variety of cheeses, butter, milk and cream. Our people bring well-known dairy brands to life, while servicing our farming communities through our AG Warehouse network. We're passionate about providing secure, supportive and flexible working environments, which allow everyone to grow in their own way.
