How you will make contributions that matter:
Reporting to the General Manager HR, Operations and Supply Chain, you will lead Workplace Relations activity for our 3000-person business, including:

Development of strategies for and leading the bargaining of multiple Enterprise Agreements
Case management of performance and dispute resolution issues and providing expertise to the HR Business Partnering team on Industrial and Employee Relations matters
Representing Saputo at the Fair Work Commission

About you:

We're looking for someone with:

Tertiary qualifications in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Employment Law or related discipline
Demonstrated experience providing Workplace Relations advice within a complex environment (food manufacturing would be an advantage, but is not essential)
Experience in the development of ER policies, procedures and guidelines
Experience interpreting with Enterprise Agreements and EBAs
