We have an exciting parental leave cover contract opportunity for an ambitious Pitch Manager (Marketing/Content Manager - Pitch) to drive and elevate CBRE's pitch and business development collateral.

About the role:
- Reporting to the Business Development Director for NSW, you'll join an established and collaborative team to develop strategies, presentations and collateral that align to CBRE's business development activities and growth strategies.
- Partnering with the BD leader and senior stakeholders, you'll develop strategies that give CBRE the edge to convert opportunities, provide winning solutions for clients and grow our business.
- Drive and deliver best practice proposal content, high quality pitch outputs and high impact presentations.
- Articulate, brief and coach designers to elevate key themes/messages through compelling visual storytelling.
- Partner with business lines across NSW to deliver key initiatives, strategies, process improvements, campaigns, and market positioning, to enable continued and accelerated growth.

About you:
- We are looking for an ambitious and creative individual with Marketing, Communications, Copywriting, Advertising, Business Development or Pitch background.
- Experience delivering content that is clever, client focused, fit for purpose, creatively persuasive and compelling.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactive and tenacious approach, with a passion for creative problem solving, collaboration and elevating business development strategies and content for clients.
- Ability to think strategically, be agile and innovative, think on your feet and be creative and coachable.
