What does the job look like?


We are searching for an energetic, capable, and high-performing Executive Support administrator who will work closely with our Intermodal Business Unit President and Senior Leadership Team providing both administrative and project management support.

In our business, no two days are the same. This role requires agility, flexibility, resilience and a strong work ethic.

You will share our passion for the fast-paced and dynamic supply chain industry and be energised by working as part of a high-performing and supportive team.


Key areas:

  • The ability to research, analyse, collate, and provide reports to the Business Unit President to support informed decisionmaking and planning
  • The capability to complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, special reports / documents, and agenda material
  • The ability to establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships both internally and externally to the Business Unit, ensuring that tone and delivery of communication supports a diverse team across multiple locations

Other key focus areas include:

  • Strong capability to prepare and review high level complex communications ensuring timeliness and accuracy to support the achievement of business requirements
  • Ability to act as the Business Unit Presidents point of contact to identify and understand issues, competing interests and rapidly changing priorities, to ensure consistent and timely management of responses
  • Manage Business Unit travel, including transfers, accommodation, and itineraries for both domestic and international travel

You can demonstrate:

  • EA experience gained in a large organisation, supporting Senior and Executive Leadership teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Management of calendars, scheduling requirements and Board meetings
  • Proven success in proactively managing projects and events
  • Outcome orientated, with a problemsolving mindset
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Package
