We are seeking an Archivistto join our high-performing team in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD. You will be an "A" player, who brings a pragmatic, can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include:
- Ability to research and maintain accurate records of archival materials, including dates, sources, and any relevant information
- Organise, catalogue, and maintain physical and digital archives, ensuring efficient retrieval and storage of assets
- Develop policies to safeguard the integrity and accessibility of the collection
- Develop and implement preservation strategies to ensure the longterm viability of our archival materials
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the proper functioning and security of digital archiving systems
- Providing administration support with timely receipt and upkeep of company information
- Other general administrative duties
- Maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Archival Studies, History, or a related field (favourable)
- Proven experience working as an archivist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in archival cataloguing and metadata standards
- Familiarity with digitisation equipment and software
- Knowledge of preservation techniques and best practices
- Passion for history and a commitment to preserving our heritage
- Excellent research and documentation skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organisational and time management abilities
- High levels of motivation and innovative thinking
- Positive energy with a "cando" attitude
- Ability to operate as a selfstarter who can work unsupervised while learning, adapting and thriving in a fastpaced environment.
