The Opportunity:


You'll be responsible for implementing the international roadmap for organic search projects for key markets across the region to be delivered in partnership with Corp headquarters, external vendors and international regional team members/stakeholders - from program managers, design, content publishing, marketing, demand channels and engineering.

All whilst delivering innovative experiences for our customers.

Having gained a deep understanding of the SEO strategy and optimisation process the SEO Manager will find opportunities to improve its effectiveness in pursuit of implementing local content recommendations for organic SEO success.

Working alongside our Corp team, agency partners and web product managers, this role will be pivotal in helping to orchestrate and handle project delivery, following a quarterly cycle of execution and performance reporting.


What you'll do:

Partner closely with the International SEO lead and corporate SEO team to establish baseline strategy and tactics that can be built on in the region

Transform local content requirements into briefs and documentation to support the development and execution of optimisation and test activities

Collaborate with local cross functional teams (regional marketing, campaign, demand etc) to provide recommendations for cultural user experience optimisations to be made on local landing pages and website journeys


Socialise and cultivate the SEO content strategy amongst various cross-functional partners on the back of forecast improvements, providing regular project progress updates.


Support the team in the weekly, quarterly monitoring, reporting and communication of SEO health in relation to performance, search trends, providing significant insights.

Assess and evaluate impact, forecasts, and performance of SEO initiatives

Prepare, prioritise, opportunity size and maintain project schedules

Manage local market vendor relationships


Key requirements:

3+ years SEO experience leading and delivering SEO projects to the highest standards

Analytical orientation. Excellent at both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses and make clear impactful recommendations

Strong understanding and hands on experience of SEO analytics and research platforms as well as familiarity with various third-party SEO solutions (Ahrefs, SEMRush, BrightEdge, Google Search Console etc)

Comfortable using Adobe and SEO analytics tools to answer data related questions both in support of performance reporting and hypothesis definition

Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to prioritise multiple simultaneous projects.

Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common goals is essential.

Experience in presenting to senior marketing team members on keyword research, forecasts and performance reports around core SEO metrics, including back-links, keyword ranking and traffic

Specialist understanding of online marketing and web analytics.

Strong editorial skills for directing content

An appetite for organization, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail.
