ROLE PURPOSE:

Responsible for growing profitability across verticals and channels, expanding margin and revenue through Winc's product portfolio and offering.

The role supports all commercial outcomes through pricing strategy executions, enforcing margin policies, BAU and project implementations, and bridging the gap between Sales, Merchandising and Pricing.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Collaborate with key functions such as Sales and Merchandising to drive pricing agendas and outcomes
  • Maintain and steward all data related to the Pricing function, with high data accuracy and integrity
  • Implement and enforce pricing policies, guidelines, and guardrails to ensure margin realisation
  • Support all pricing related issues and projects
  • Partake in all pricing tools and solutions roll outs plus assist with design and testing as required
  • Undertake adhoc reporting and analytical responsibilities as required
  • Track and monitor pricing performance across all facets of the Pricing team's remit

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:


  • Minimum of 12 years commercial experience delivering end to end solutions within pricing context
  • Strong data administration with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience working with tight deadlines
  • Critical thinking on complex problems as well as challenging the status quo
  • Great interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Tertiary Qualification in a quantitative or commercial discipline statistics, econometrics, actuarial, mathematics, accounting, finance, commerce, economics, etc.
