Experienced Medical Reception Position available at our Fremantle consulting rooms


The role will include:

  • The ability to Multitask in a fast paced, medical reception environment
  • Providing a high standard of customer service
  • Patient management; answering all phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
  • General Medical Reception duties administration and clerical duties
  • Ensure each day's appointment schedules run as seamlessly as possible
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Open and Close of the practice
Essential

  • Prior experience in a medical receptionist role
A team-player with a positive and proactive attitude. Empathy and a passion for patient care.

Exceptional communication and organisational skills and multi tasking abilities
