- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Office of the HOS, including calendar and Outlook management, travel, and SharePoint site for Academic and Professional staff.
- Prepare draft documents including minutes of meetings, letters, email replies, and Power Point presentations.
- Arrange and coordinate School functions, external visitors, and travel arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support to the School staff as required, including research and project based work.
- Proven administrative and secretarial experience, including working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to professionally liaise with Executive level stakeholders.
- Ability to stay organised, maintain a high level of attention to detail, and work to competing deadlines.
