Our Client


An international asset owner and developer, our client operates across a number of asset-classes including office, retail, residential, hotel and parking complexes, and is in an exciting period of growth.


Currently in the middle of a 6 stage commercial redevelopment which is due to take at least 2 years, our client is looking to grow their Project Management team.


Duties
Working alongside an experienced Project Director and Project Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting Client-side with the operational delivery of projects in line with contractual requirements; program and procedures; and all relevant legislation
  • Working to deliver in all aspects of the project including scope, time, cost, quality, communications, risk management, and health, safety and environment
  • Contributing to the project process particularly in relation to methodology, tendering, processing of payments, consultant management and site activities
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of key stakeholder relationships
  • Assisting in meetings and minuting meetings as required
  • Completing system documents and procedures to ensure project is managed efficiently
  • Risk and Opportunities are tracked with the project team
  • Support in tenancy handover

Specific requirements
To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (commercial construction / project management) i.e. End to end project oversight and delivery
  • including project planning, budget management, risk management, issue management, personnel management, facilities management, and asset management
  • Ideally commenced or completed a degree or formal qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Design or Construction
  • Good communication skills both written and oral, ability to converse with all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project
