The Role:


As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of 160 properties, providing top-notch service to our valued tenants and landlords.


Monday to Friday, office hours of

9am to 5pm allow for a healthy work-life balance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently handle all aspects of property management for your assigned portfolio.
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance reviews to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate leasing activities, including advertising, tenant screening, lease preparation, and movein/moveout procedures.
  • Utilize industryleading PropertyMe software to streamline administrative tasks, monitor rental payments, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in property management or as an Assistant property manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PropertyMe software (or similar property management software).
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits.
