Key Responsibilities:


  • Builds and establishes a high performing team with absolute clarity on purpose, strategic direction, and individual contribution. Including actively coaching and managing reports ensuring an engaged and enabled team with a reliable pipeline of talent.
  • As part of the larger Davidson Group, you will be responsible for the creation and spearhead market leading sales and go to market strategies, including tender responses and proposal preparation to win and retain business through consulting and augmentation, creating a diverse client base with opportunity and growth.
  • Actively monitoring the market, understanding customers investment in technology, trends, solutions, and the competitor activity with professional relationships across the market to actively expand Davidson offerings and prospects.
  • Highly effective client and key decision maker spotting, influencing, relationship building, opportunity spotting skills across internal and external stakeholders and customers, while still working closely with internal sales and account managers to benefit from these skills.
  • Develop transparent, aligned reporting on all activities within their sphere of influence to create a close alignment of strategies and actual business activities.
  • Have a clear strategic, yet practical, sales mindset
  • Be at the forefront of full cycle technology consulting and augmentation.
  • Experienced in developing teams, always looking for the next opportunity, while still actively managing activities ensuring no opportunities are lost within the team.
  • Knowledgeable across a broad range of platforms including Azure, AWS, Google, Microsoft.
  • Detailed and thorough knowledge in technology consulting, including the areas of digital transformation, cloud, data, and technologies.
  • Experienced in actively improving the whole lifecycle of team, activities, processes, and systems.
  • Ability to multitask; leading and working on multiple projects at once.
  • Have an established network with B and Clevel contacts, key stakeholder, and vendor management skills.
