    Intro Recruitment Solutions is working with a reputable civil contractor who specialise in residential & industrial urban development projects. Our client has been providing construction solutions for projects and clients nationally across a range of industries for more than 30 years.

    Our client is a diverse and flexible employer providing long-term career opportunities for their employees. Across operations they work on challenging projects that allow our employees to grow and develop.

    Your Position

    • Oversee delivery of earthworks, road/pavement, drainage and landscaping scope of works
    • Ability to interpret and execute contract plans.
    • Complete project guidelines in accordance with company policy and procedures.
    • Liaise with both client and external subcontractors.
    • Supervision of allocated resources and control of labour.
    • Understanding and pioneering a strong attitude towards Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures and policies.

    About You

    • Minimum Certificate IV in Civil Construction.
    • Construction White Card.
    • Previous Supervisor or Foreman experience on subdivision projects.
    • Excellent time management & Communication skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
