Your new company
Your new company is a well-respected civil contractor who takes pride in delivering high quality and personalised services to the civil market. With an emphasis on producing high quality outcomes for the clients, while remaining on time and on budget, and fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
With multiple projects already underway, and with additional projects about to begin, your new role will see you:
Work closely with your Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure successful delivery of the project:
Drive OHS and quality initiatives on site:
Manage and mentor small teams, including internal staff and subcontractors:
Ensure program targets are achieved

What you'll need to succeed

Experience working on road and bridge projects:
Read and interpret drawings and plans:
Commitment to health and safety and environmental practices:
Ability to develop strong relationships with internal staff and subcontractors:
Driver's license, construction industry white/blue card:
Machine tickets highly regarded
