Women's & Children's Health Network provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia.

We are the state's leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA's largest maternity and obstetric service.


Our community-based services also reach hundreds of thousands of babies, children and young people, their families and communities across South Australia through our various services and programs in areas such as our Mental Health, Child & Family Health services, Youth Health and Aboriginal Health services.

The Opportunity


We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Transport Services Department as an
Administration Support Officer on a
short term contract
(0.4FTE) Thursdays and Fridays until
11 April 2024.


The Administration Support Officer is responsible for undertaking and coordinating a range of car park administration, expiation and customer service duties.

This includes processing, and, providing a first point of contact for, all car park cards, spaces, permits and Fleet SA authority cards and vehicle use.

The position also has a key role in processing car park expiation notices including collating information relating to disputed expiation notice circumstances.

Maintaining CCTV footage and providing verbal and written responses to expiation queries and complaints.


About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including a capacity to resolve conflict and liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels and with demanding, difficult and/or aggressive clientele
  • Demonstrated capacity to work effectively under general direction, within a team, and to manage high volumes of work, achieve outcomes and priorities, and address a wide variety of issues.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and undertaking a range of administrative functions, including the checking and verification of information against standards and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of quality customer orientated services and contributing to projects and regulatory requirements.
  • A current Class C Driver's Licence
