We are passionate about our brands and building a culture where we believe anything is possible. As such, we are looking for a Infrastructure Services Manager to be based at our head office in Sydney.
Purpose of the position.

This position is responsible for managing the delivery of IT End User Computing services to Wilmar/GF, this is a key leadership position within the Infra & Operations Tower providing input and support to other infrastructure teams, as necessary.

This includes working with vendor partners, Wilmar/GFIT team members and to ensure IT services defined by statements of work and service level agreements are met.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Manage the operation and maintenance of Wilmar/GF IT EUC, in accordance with IT standards and best practice
  • Ensure root cause analysis of major issues is performed in accordance with IT policies and standards.
  • Ensure that EUC services are fully integrated with the IT service management system.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Solution Architect to evaluate and recommend tools and processes that enhance the stability and functionality of the IT Infrastructure environment, ensuring that any new technologies are compatible with existing IT architecture and standards.
  • Collaborate with International Market IT Teams, ensuring consistency with Group IT Strategy
  • If required participate in an oncall function
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Manage support across diverse business units within the ANZ region
  • Manage the purchase and disposal of yearly asset refresh to ensure the business has up to date hardware


Continue to build a streamlined EUC support function across multiple companies within the ANZ region - Standardization of products and services.

To be successful within this role you will have the following skills and experience

  • At least 5 years' experience working in a similar Services Management role
  • Experience dealing with customers in a responsive, technical environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of O36
  • Experience with installation, configuration and support of Applications on End User Computing Devices (Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Phones, etc)
  • Mobility support across iOS, Android, Windows Mobile
  • Understanding of ITIL Service Management
  • Experience managing vendor delivery to Service Level Agreements
  • High level verbal and written communication skills commensurate with senior role
Able to interact well with all levels of management and team members.

  • Able to work collaboratively across a diverse team
Effective negotiation skills

Experience managing multiple vendor relationships


Qualifications:


  • Tertiary or IT Qualification
Coupled with ideally

  • Understanding of Windows server/workstation OS
  • Knowledge of End point management solutions
  • Understanding of LAN and WAN technologies
  • Experience Managing remote teams
