We have a unique opportunity to join our newly created planning and prioritisation function called the Control Tower within the Product and Technology Division as the Planning Platform Manager.

This role leads the strategy and roadmap for the Planning Platform team which supports the prioritisation, planning, delivery and measurement infrastructure across the Banking and Financial Services Group.

Reporting to the Head of the Control Tower, you will fulfill an important role by establishing and managing the primary planning and reporting tool for the Control Tower function.

In this role you will be primarily responsible for:

Continuous improvement of tooling within the Atlassian suite
Providing governance of the toolset and enforcing agreed guidelines and policies around usage
Analysing and implementing any tooling configuration changes inline with process improvements
Remaining up to date with new tooling functionality and providing recommendations for when new functionality should be adopted
Visibility of Atlassian cloud roadmap and management of toolset releases (administrative and compliance updates) from a timeframes and features perspective
Maintenance of the integration of Atlassian toolset with other work management and collaboration tools

You will bring prior experience in engineering management, with proven delivery experience, as well as extensive expertise in Jira.

You will also be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with both your own team and a range of stakeholders.

Experience working in an agile environment will also be highly regarded.
