This role would suit either an experienced workers compensation leader or an aspiring leader who is passionate about leading, coaching and supporting a team of Case Managers.

You will have a growth mindset and display a performance driven, engaging leadership style.


Key success in this role is building strong professional relationships with stakeholders, driving team performance, and promoting engagement across the team.

This is a

permanent full-time role with the option to work in the office 2 days a week or more if preferred.

The office is based in Melbourne CBD.

The Role:
  • Lead a team of senior/case managers, driving best
  • in
  • market claims performance outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support and ensure a positive team culture.
  • Maintain strong internal and external relationships to support and align with the business's claims strategies.
  • Be passionate about continuous improvement and always look at ways to make processes and ways of working better.
  • Undertake key audits and quality assurance to ensure business performance against KPIs.

About You

  • Strong workers compensation understanding and knowledge.
  • Experience in a leadership role or have had leadership secondment experience.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • People skills, a passion for working with others, and being a role model for your team and the wider business.
