DFP Recruitment is currently seeking a driven and experienced Payroll Officer to join our existing friendly & enthusiastic payroll team based in Boronia
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team where your knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and genuine desire to provide excellent customer service to our employees will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, work from home flexibility and ongoing training and support.
- Processing pay's for up to 1700 employees across various departments,
- Ensuring accuracy of data,
- Answering payroll related queries,
- Preparing month end reports, reconciliations, and batching,
- Award Interpretation
Skills required:
- Ability and experience in endtoend payroll
- Experience in working across multiple EBAs, Awards and relevant legislation
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Selfmotivated with strong attention to details
