Bottle Shop Attendant

The Sphinx Hotel is a leading hotel in the North Geelong area that has a 200 seated a-la-carte restaurant, function room that caters for up to 300 people, 5 bars, a gaming lounge and entertainment facilities, as well as a Thirsty Camel Drive-thru Bottle Shop.

The Sphinx is currently looking for a Bottle Shop Attendant, this position requires you to be able to work to a set roster with flexibility when needed.

The role includes but is not limited to the following:

Typical retail bottle shop duties including customer service, till sales, stocking shelves and fridges whilst maintaining a high level of store presentation at all times.

• Receipt of Deliveries
• Stock Control
• Preparing transfers and deliveries

Skills and experience:

The successful applicant will need to possess the following attributes:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Some knowledge of beer, wines and spirits
• Punctual, reliable and well presented with an ability to work autonomously
• Physically fit

_Experience in a similar paced store is essential however previous retail or hospitality experience will be considered._
Applicant must hold an accredited VIC R.S.A. certification
