Great opportunity for
a Retail Supervisor (12months fixed term contract for a FUll Time request) at Luxury Fashion Retail Company

Duties and Responsibilities:

[Administrative Tasks]

Assist in providing store, employees (KPI) and product performance reports
Assist Store Manager to ensure accuracy of the stock level and count, transfers and reporting any discrepancy immediately
Provide proposals to Store Manager with operation improvements
Cash handling
Enforce all security systems protocol to secure merchandise

[Store Management]

Oversee daily operations opening, closing and store maintenance
Daily briefing and debriefing of sales targets
Assist Store Manager to enforce store operation policies
Assist floor staff allocation in accordance to operational requirements
Ensure a safe working environment in accordance to OH&S

[Sales & Client Relationship Management]

Perform and contribute to effective sales results
Clientele building and drive CRM retention rate across all channels
Assist with customer requests in a timely manner
Assist with promotional events as directed
Respond to all client enquiries
Experience in conflict resolution with clients in a professional manner

[Staff Management]

Assist with organisation of roster according to operational requirements
Enforce company policies and regulations
Orientating and coaching new staff members
On spot training to develop staff knowledge and skills
Enforce corrective actions to improve employee performance
Enforce corrective actions to maintain employee conduct

Requirements:

-
Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar role:

Luxury background preferable
Must be available fulltime and have full workrights in Australia
Supervision or management skills
Clientele building skills and experience
Monitor and liaise with reporting officers regarding staff KPIs
Assist in orientating and coaching new staff members
Manage a team in a fashion retail sales environment is preferred
