    Description

    With Our Consumer At The Core Your Key Focus Will Be:

    You will be responsible for achieving specific goals by implementing sales strategies and processes with your selected clients. In this position, you will collaborate with various types of establishments and communicate with management at all levels. It is essential to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities efficiently, and uphold a strict level of professionalism to ensure that Bacardi-Martini Australia is considered a valued business partner by your client base.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Champion the Customer Relationship in the assigned territory for Bacardi-Martini
    • Drive activation and operational excellence within the territory (Western Sydney)
    • Promote the key brands effectively
    • Manage territory planning and administration efficiently
    • Achieve sales targets outlined in the "Picture of Success" strategy
    • Ensure Net Sales Revenue Growth: Expand your territory according to the National Budgeted growth rates, assessed through sales data on an annual basis (EES)
    • Demonstrate Executional Excellence: Enhance Picture of Success sales driver total scores, evaluated through a weekly scorecard and quarterly reviews
    • Handle Territory Management (Western Sydney): Implement the agreed journey plan, evaluated weekly via a scorecard and quarterly reviews
    • Develop New Business: Acquire new business opportunities as per agreed targets set by your leader, measured through sales data and Mobile touch
