The Company

One of Brisbane's largest operators are looking for a Duty Manager to help run their flagship restaurant in the centre of Brisbane.

This landmark venue has successfully operated for decades and are now looking for the next person to become the face of the venue.

The Role
As the Duty Manager you will help to ensure the continued success of this venue. You will assist the Venue Manager to lead and develop the team and ensure the operation runs smoothly.

You will have access to the centralised marketing, finance, logistics, HR and Function & Events teams and will be expected to liaise with these different teams.

This will be a hand's on role where you will help to support and drive your team.

Skills and Experience

Must hold RSA, RMLV and Approved Managers License company can pay for renewals
Must have previous experience managing and training a large team
Experience managing a similar, busy venue
Excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail and organisation
