    Description
    Cable Beach Club Resort & Spais located on the world-famous Cable Beach inBroome , far north Western Australia.

    Broome is easily accessible by plane to all major Australian cities and offers a relaxed lifestyle with all the conveniences of shops, restaurants, cinemas, hospital and schools.

    Our property has 225 rooms of varying styles, 4 restaurants, pool side bars, tour desk, Resort Shop and Day Spa.

    We currently have an opportunity for an experiencedAccounts Receivable Officerto join our resort based Finance team on a full time basis.

    Reporting to the Hotel Accountant the successful candidate will have:
    Experience in a similar role
    Previous experience using computerised accounting packages, coupled with a good working knowledge of Excel
    The ability to coordinate multiple tasks whist maintaining attention to detail
    Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping) is preferred
    Previous experience in a similar hotel or resort environment will be highly regarded.

    The role involves:
    Maintenance of all debtor records
    Issuing of invoices and any subsequent follow up required
    Processing of all incoming payments
    Liaison with various resort departments and debtors
    Assisting with other various Finance department project
    Assisting with fortnightly payroll
