Reporting to the
Operations Support Admin Supervisor, the
Customer Service & Retail Administrator role involves operating the Branch reception, scrutinising calls, and handling onto the requested area with mínimal delay.

Promptly engaging, assisting, and guiding customers upon their arrival at the reception of our Perth Branch ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience is also a pivotal task for the role.


Additionally, the position entails overseeing merchandising displays, sales, and stocking, including assistance in setting up and retrieving campaign posters or banners in the foyer.

The position will also offer administrative support to the front-of-house operations team, with opportunities for growth by acquiring knowledge of both Sales and Operations teams' responsibilities within the Perth Branch.

About you:


  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or similar role
  • Visual Merchandise and front of house experience
  • SAP experience is considered highly desirable
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
  • Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues, and expressing oneself clearly
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in a diverse environment
