What does the job look like?

Reporting to the Compliance Systems Manager - this role will see you providing administrative support to the Linfox and BevChain business units with FOXLink, NHVR enquires and road compliance matters.

You will work directly with both the broader road compliance team and business unit stakeholders to ensure timely processing of specific information is available to relevant person(s) including our Legal / road compliance team, site and general managers.

Key areas:

Manage Business Unit Requirements Matrix
Review all vehicle and driver updates/additions to approved subcontractors
Manage NHVAS database

Previous experience in a transport environment would be beneficial but not a necessity
Ability to process large data sets and draw conclusions, ideas and strategic insights from data and translate to solutions/recommendations
Methodical and organised approach
Flexibility to undertake projects across the broader supply chain network
Experience in the use of Microsoft programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
