About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate entry-level sales professional to join our growing organisation.

In this newly-created role reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities in the Melbourne metro area.


This will require the successful applicant to utilise industry tools to review upcoming projects and actively contact stakeholders to present our industry certified product ranges.

You will also act as a point of contact for new and existing clients, answering any technical product enquiries they have.


Based within an easy range of public transport in Rowville, you will be part of a friendly and supportive team.

Full training on our products, services and processes is of course provided to give you the confidence and expertise to excel in the role.

Once you've completed your initial training, you will have the ability to work from home two days per week.

Responsibilities include

  • Use product knowledge and exceptional customer service to maximise the revenue potential of key accounts
  • Develop new relationships and business opportunities with new customers
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients
  • General administration using MS Office and our CRM database
  • Delivering online product presentations using Powerpoint.

About You
We are looking for self-motivated people with previous customer service or sales experience.

As you will be dealing with a range of new and existing clients, you will need to be a confident communicator with solid written and verbal communication skills.

Ideally you will have previous experience within the windows or residential construction industries but just as important is your willingness to learn and your commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.


  • Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Self motivated and driven to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Outlook and Powerpoint, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Previous experience using CRM software (preferred but not essential.)
