Quay consulting are looking for a seasoned career Project Scheduler to help us work on a major piece of work for a national organisation.

The organisation is running a large program of work from the VIC office, on a nationwide group of projects


Key Requirements:


  • 5+ years current ongoing commercial experience as Project Scheduler
  • Manage multiple stream dependencies, and pay particular attention to how they affect the timeline.
  • Hold schedule reviews with key stakeholders to manage issues and risks
  • Track releases and manage/report on release calendars
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Be the key contact for all things scheduling related

NOTE:


  • There is the potential for someone to work interstate and therefore WFH. People who are based in MELB/VIC and are available for adhoc F2F for meetings will have a preference
We have meetings for the project next week and ideally would like to represent a consultant by COB this week, ideally for initial interviews by COB this week (at latest early next week), with plan for someone to start week starting 24th July 2023
