THE OPPORTUNITY

We are now seeking an energetic, self -motivated individual, with strong communication & negotiation skills to support and oversee the Recoveries a Team Leader.

This role includes a wide range of responsibilities, which will require an efficient and mature approach, whist working in a dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities in the role will be to:

Lead, mentor, motivate and manage a diverse team
Manage daytoday workload of team members
Accurate data entry & system management providing stakeholders with timely and thorough reports
Preparation of notifications, quotes and invoice request documents for recoverables'
Effectively communicate with landlords to drive successful quotations
Proactively assist in reviewing/resolving recoverables' differences i.e. 3rd party damage incurred costs
Liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders
City operations, finance departments, contractors in respect recoverables' rights and obligations.
Support the City management team with ad hoc requests
Ensure set targets and KPI's are achieved

To be considered for this role you will have / be:

Previous Team Leader/Supervisor experience with the ability to lead a team
Essential
Cert III / IV in Business
Highly regarded
Strong Administration and IT skills in Database and systems management
Intermediate/Advanced Excel & MS Office
Essential
Demonstrate superior organisational skills and ability to manage a range of tasks
Have previously worked in an independent office environment
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Driven to succeed and able to achieve and exceed targets/KPIs
High level of attention to detail
