Your role:

As a
Data Manager, you will work within the team to analyse and process data related to large campus facilities, Construction and Civil Projects.

Your role will require you to think laterally, and problem solve to develop and refine solutions for specific use cases.

This office-based role will see you collaborate with internal BIM and digital engineering team members to establish a seamless data transition.

This role will require strong communication and collaboration between both external and internal clients.

Responsibilities:

Work with project managers to deliver highquality and timely geospatial deliverables
Resolve issues with data and provide technical assistance where required
Utilise 12d Synergy to facilitate effective data collaboration and version control
Learn, learn and more learning

About You:

Essential:

Previous experience in a surveying and/or data management role
Enthusiasm and commitment to being part of a leading team of professionals
Strong understanding and working knowledge of software programs including but not limited to 12D, CAD and design processes
Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
Strong understanding of coordinate systems and how they impact the construction process
Sound abilities in Modelling, Analysis, Data Extraction and Data Management
Work well in a highenergy, fastpaced, enthusiastic and collaborative culture
Proven experience in being an effective team player, and ability to understand instructions clearly

Beneficial:

Existing skills in 3D packages (Revit and Leica 3DR)
Foundation knowledge of GIS, FME desktop and understanding of visual programming languages
Civil3D and Revit
