We're looking for a Finance Officer to join our Melbourne team on a permanent full time basis. This position plays an essential role in the smooth and efficient running of our Accounts team


The Role


A key member of the Finance team responsible for working across accounts receivable and collections, the role -holder will work as part of a team to receive payments for goods and services provided to the firm.

They will have high attention to detail as required for inputting, processing, and reporting financial data. The role holder will be task-focused with a ''çan-do' attitude. They will also be able to follow policies, routines, and processes to ensure that the accounts are managed effectively.

The role-holder will also support the firms in managing overdue payments and work closely with the Finance Manager to provide reports and advice as necessary.


The role requires good customer service skills and a professional outlook, as needed for dealing with our internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.

The role-holder will also possess a willingness to juggle a variety of tasks, including all assigned routine duties.
