Are you a
Customer Service extraordinaire looking for new opportunity within ING, Australia's most recommended bank?

We have a 6 month secondment position available to join the team as a
Sales Support Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact

What are you going to do? You will be

Liaising with external business partners and/or internal departments to ensure escalation and follow up of enquiries or complaints where you'll provide resolution
Assisting brokers with enquiries related to policy, process and product
Providing insights and feedback to improve efficiencies in our sales team, broker engagement and education
Coaching brokers on using the self service capabilities via online tracking

What are we looking for? Someone who has

Strong customer centric focus
Customer service and/or contact centre experience
Ability to retain, interpret and relay information
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Ability to work as part of a high performance team
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage complaints and broker dissatisfaction to a desire outcome for all parties
