As a Digital content Specialist, you're constantly trying to innovate and think of ways to improve our communication in bringing change to life.


You will work across complex and highly visible initiatives that will provide unique challenges to deliver great value to our teams and business.

Our team is the Transformation team that improves how we think, plan and work across teams.

The team partners with work streams that enable us to implement, deliver, embed and iterate our ways of working across the Group.

In addition, we support every Business Unit plan, transition and embed the transformation.

Your skills and experience

As part of the role you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and continuing to evolve internal content across Internal employees in Digital
  • Developing digital content and quarterly learning modules
creating engaging ways to inform and support our people.

  • Manage content requirements by; identifying content needs, creating content strategies, managing stakeholders, editing existing copy and creating new content.
  • Work in partnership with leaders of work streams and Business Units and to deliver a seamless and effective digital experience.
  • Manage stakeholder and compliance feedback while maintaining friendly copy that meets brand and tone of voice
  • Use analytics, research and feedback as a basis to deliver effective content.
  • Evaluate existing online copy, processes and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the user journey
  • Simplifying complex language and a lot of content into simple and easy language will be key
  • Must be familiar and strong working with SharePoint
Have confidence and great communication skills to lease with various areas of the business

  • Natural ability to teach and explain
  • Handson and open to working on small and large projects
