About the role

Lead an internal SAP team to deliver endtoend ERP ECC capability aligned to the ERP Platform ,Manage People Services Value Stream.
Provide solution governance and assurance oversight to System Integration work.
Drive the Manage People Services Value Stream for Core HR, Time Recording, Payroll, Talent Management, Contingent Workforce, Environment Health and Safety.

Preferred Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in ECC and S4Hana.
Proven experience in managing SAP teams and delivering complex ERP projects.
Indepth knowledge of People Services Value Stream functions.
Strong understanding of governance and assurance processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certifications in SAP ERP and project management.
Previous experience working in the government or public services sector.
